First, for the non-vegan options, they’re offering the following: House Smoked Chicken Leg Quarter, with sautéed French green beans, a house made potato salad, locally sourced Nantucket Dinner roll with compound butter.  Vegan option will be same menu, only all vegan, with a chicken chunk seitan protein.
